La Barriere is set in garden surroundings at the end of a lane of five houses and has two adjoining paddocks. It is fully equipped for self-catering and is the perfect base for walking, cycling or just relaxation. The house has electric central heating and wood burning inset.

Four bedrooms - 1 double and one twin on first floor. One twin on mezzanine floor (over dining room) and one double on ground floor.
  
Large Sitting Room – with tiled floor; wood burning stove Plus electric heaters. There are two large sofas, chairs, a TV with DVD and videos, plus family games and reading material. There is also a spiral staircase to the first floor.
 
Kitchen fully fitted and equipped including a gas/electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher and full range of cutlery, crockery etc.

First floor en-suite bathroom with bath plus shower attachment, washbasin, WC and bidet.

Ground floor bathroom has a washbasin, WC. Shower cubicle and washing machine.
 
Dining Room with dining table and chairs for eight. Separate stairs to Mezzanine bedroom.
 
Outside are gardens, patios, furniture and gas BBQ; plus two Paddocks with fruit trees.
